Welcome to Embracing Parenthood. If you are in the middle of sleep deprivation and need some help in getting a more settled nights sleep, I am here for you. After becoming a mother in 2019, I soon found myself in the depth of sleep deprivation and noticed how this affected my mental health as well as how I was as a parent. I sought help with my first child and noticed how much my life changed for the better when we were getting so much more sleep as a family. After the birth of my second child in December 2021 I knew that I wanted to help other families and I have since completed my diploma in Family Centered Sleep and I am a certified Sleep Consultant as well as an Antenatal and Postnatal Practitioner.
