I am a family-centered sleep consultant and I am here to help your family get more sleep. If you are unsure about reaching out for help, please do not worry, asking for help is such a big step and I can honestly support you to become more rested as a family. Sleep is crucial for us to function, not only does it effect your day to day emotions, it effects our brain function and how well we can cope with everyday tasks. Our little ones benefit from healthy sleep habits too! Our little ones behaviour can be more challenging when they are tired, as well as become more clingy, upset and not themselves. We thrive best when we are not sleep deprived. If you would like to know more about what I am able to offer your family and to get to know my methods please get in touch to book a discovery call. Calls are up to 15 minutes where you can ask questions and get to know me.
Phone Consultation with 10 days aftercare:
In depth phone consultation to understand your families personal needs and current sleep situation. Followed by a personalised sleep plan for your child. Alongside this I offer 10 days aftercare which includes unlimited help via Whatsapp or email to support you through your sleep journey.

Put to Bed Package with 14 days aftercare:
If you are after a bit more support I offer my ‘Put to Bed Package’ where I can support you whilst you implement sleep changes within your family for 2 hours. This includes a phone consultation, personalised sleep plan for your child and I visit your home to help you with putting your little one to bed. This includes 14 days of aftercare via Whatsapp or email. In addition I offer a 15 minute aftercare call after 14 days to ensure everything is going well for your family. (Isle of Wight only)
